This course addresses the legal aspects of debt collection outside of bankruptcy, and the balance of the course on federal bankrupcy law. It considers issues in consumer bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code) and business bankruptcy (Chapters 7 and 11).
